A friend has sent me the following link to protect your PC from dirty web sites. The familyshield is free.:

I have not tried it but it seems a reasonable thing to do to protect your dependents from dirty sites on the PC's you have at home.

However, you must also ensure the following:

1)  You must  know the password of all PC's at home so you can check them anytime.

2) Tell them not to delete the History of internet sites visited.

3) Check the download folders and the internet history frequently.

4) Force them to use the PC such that the screen is visible to others.

5) They must use the PC only in the presence of one of the parents. Parents must know exactly what they are doing on the PC.

6) If they don't agree to any of the above, it is almost certain there is something wrong. Take the PC from them and don't let them use it.
